The FlagShip is proud to welcome the first three members of our NEW PRODUCT 
SUPPORT team!

Lloyd Sponenburgh of Fiscal Information, Inc., <LT.KERNAL> is co-designer of 
the Lt. Kernal hard drive for the C64 and C128, and he will be available to 
answer your questions in Bulletin Board Category 20.

Tony Hoover and John Shoultys of Xetec <XETEC> are members of the product 
support team at Xetec, makers of the Super Graphix family of printer 
interfaces for the C64 and C128 and the Fontmaster 128 word processor for the 
C128. Xetec also markets the Lt. Kernal. They are also be available in 
Category 20.

Mark Johnson <PRECISION> is a member of the technical support team at Precision
 Software, Ltd., makers of the Superbase database system and the Susperscript 
Word Processor, both of which are available for the C64 and the C128. He can be
 contacted in Bulletin Board Category 21.

If you own these products, our product support team will be happy to provide 
you with assistance, tips, and shortcuts. If you do not own them yet, this is 
an excellent way to get information BEFORE you buy!

Two important notes:

1) Due to the nature of our agreement with these vendors, they CANNOT respond 
to private Email. All inquiries *MUST* be posted in the bulletin board.

2) The success of this program (and our ability to bring more vendors online) 
depends on your participation! You DO NOT have to be a registered owner of the 
products in order to post in these categories. Don't be a "bulletin board 
lurker!" show our vendors that you appreciate their support (and want more!) by
 POSTING!
